Global Cross Match gives newcomers the opportunity to take the first step to meeting
Danes, who have been in a similar situation during their own stay abroad. The event also
gives Danes with an international mindset the opportunity to meet internationals from all
over the world. All in all a win-win situation!
Global Cross Match is built upon the idea of ‘speed dating’. Four tables, five minutes and
a group of individuals keen to meet exiting new people who like themselves have a
global mindset.
Definitionen : ”Global Mindset” is:
”An ability to develop and interpret criteria for personal and business performance
that are independent from the assumptions of a single country, culture or context;
and to implement those criteria appropriately in different countries, cultures, and contexts”
(Maznevski & Lane, 2003)
